Job Description

1. Budgeting & Forecasting Preparing annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets. Estimating expected income, expenses, and resource requirements. Setting financial limits for departments or projects. Predicting future performance based on past trends and current data. Updating forecasts regularly based on actual results. Supporting management in financial planning and decision-making.

2. Cost Monitoring & Analysis Tracking daily/weekly/monthly expenses. Reviewing purchase orders, invoices, and project expenditures. Comparing Budget vs. Actual costs. Identifying cost variances and their root causes. Highlighting abnormal or unexpected expenses. Providing analysis to reduce overspending and improve accuracy.

3. Cost Control & Compliance Implementing measures to keep expenses within budget. Avoiding unnecessary purchases and wastage of materials. Optimizing manpower, resources, and operational costs. Ensuring all financial transactions follow company policies. Maintaining proper approvals and documentation for audits. Adhering to legal, regulatory, and internal financial guidelines.

4. Reporting Preparing monthly financial and cost reports. Presenting Budget vs. Actual, variance summaries, and KPI reports. Updating management on cost performance and areas of concern. Providing dashboards and data summaries for quick decision-making. Assisting in audit reports and management reviews. Ensuring accuracy and timely submission of reports.

5. Project Support & Continuous Improvement Providing cost estimates for new projects. Tracking ongoing project expenses and progress. Forecasting project completion costs. Recommending cost-saving and efficiency-improvement ideas. Analyzing recurring issues to find root causes. Supporting lean initiatives, automation improvements, and process optimization.

Pay: ₹10,378.48 - ₹45,406.59 per month
