Track project costs vs. budgets; conduct variance and trend analysis.
Report progress, man-hours, costs, and schedule status.
Assess cost impacts of changes and scope variations.
Support risk assessment, contingency planning, and cost mitigation.
Collaborate with project, procurement, and finance teams.
Enhance cost control tools and reporting systems (Excel, Primavera, Power BI).
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Proficient in Excel, MSP, Primavera P6; Power BI desirable.
Knowledge of Change Management, Risk/Opportunity Management, and EVM.
Problem-solving, leadership, and time-management skills.
Mandatory Requirements
8-12 years//' cost control experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical, or Processing industries.
Advanced Excel and cost database expertise.
EPCM/EPC project cost control experience.
Primavera P6 (Unifier desirable).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor//'s degree in Engineering.
PMP/Project Management certifications (advantageous).
* Familiarity with dashboard tools (Power BI or similar).
