Role Overview


The

Cost Control and EPC Contracts Management Specialist

plays a critical role in ensuring

financial discipline and efficiency

in project execution. The incumbent will be responsible for preparing and monitoring project budgets, implementing cost control measures, managing EPC contracts, and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to

Key Responsibilities

Cost Control

Budget Development:

Prepare, monitor, and update project budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Cost Tracking:

Implement cost control measures to track expenditures, identify variances, and maintain budget alignment.

Forecasting:

Develop financial forecasts based on project timelines and resource allocation, updating as necessary.

Reporting:

Generate detailed reports on cost performance and variances, providing actionable recommendations to management.

Risk Analysis:

Identify potential financial risks related to project costs and recommend mitigation strategies.

Contract Management

Contract Preparation:

Draft, review, and finalize EPC contracts to ensure clarity, comprehensiveness, and value creation.

Compliance Monitoring:

Ensure all project activities comply with contract terms, conditions, and applicable regulations.

Change Management:

Manage contract modifications, assess financial impact, and obtain necessary approvals.

Dispute Resolution:

Resolve contractual disputes efficiently while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, amendments, and communications for audit purposes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong expertise in

cost control, budgeting, and EPC contract management

. Experience in

renewable energy, construction, or engineering sectors

is highly desirable. Excellent

analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving

skills. Ability to work collaboratively with

cross-functional teams

and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong

communication and stakeholder management skills

with high attention to detail.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree

in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as

CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), or CCM (Certified Construction Manager)

are a plus.
