Qualifications:

Master's in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CMA (Certified Management Accountant) 2+ years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing or production-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and processes. Analyze production costs, materials, labor, and overhead to ensure cost accuracy. Perform variance analysis between standard and actual costs and report findings. Monitor inventory transactions and perform monthly inventory reconciliations. Collaborate with operations and production teams to understand cost drivers. Assist in budget preparation and forecasting. Review and analyze cost reports and provide recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvement. Prepare cost estimates for new products and product changes. Support month-end and year-end financial close activities related to cost accounting

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
