We are seeking a Cost Accountant with pharmaceutical industry experience to manage cost accounting, product costing, and variance analysis. The role requires strong exposure to pharma manufacturing processes, cost controls, and regulatory costing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain product-wise and batch-wise costing
Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs
Monitor cost variances and recommend cost-control measures
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
Assist in pricing decisions and profitability analysis
Coordinate with production, purchase, and stores teams
Maintain cost records as per statutory and internal requirements
Support audits related to cost and inventory
Required Qualifications & Skills
CMA /qualified
Minimum 5 years of cost accounting experience in a
pharma manufacturing setup
Strong knowledge of pharma costing, batch costing, and inventory valuation
Working knowledge of ERP/Tally and MS Excel
Good analytical and communication skills
