Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Cost Analysis & Reporting

Analyze production and operational costs and prepare periodic cost reports. Identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions.

Budgeting & Forecasting Support

Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting. Track actual vs. budgeted costs and highlight deviations.

Inventory & Cost Control

Ensure accurate inventory valuation and conduct regular stock audits. Maintain standard costing and update BOMs as needed.

Process Improvement

Recommend cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements. Collaborate with operations to enhance cost control systems.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls. Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reviews.

Qualification RequirementsEducation

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification preferred (e.g., CMA, CPA, ACCA).

Experience

2-5 years of experience in cost accounting or manufacturing/production finance.
