Senior Accountant/Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

Leading real estate company in Kerala engaged in sales & construction for high rise apartment, shopping malls, luxuary villas having projects in Trivandrum, Kochi,Thrissur, Guruvayur & Palakkad is seeking a Senior Accountant/Accounts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting activities for our company, including maintaining accounts in Zoho books. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience. Additionally, the candidate should have advanced knowledge in MS Excel, working knowledge of tax laws, GST, TDS, Tally etc. The candidate should also have knowledge of GST laws, TDS laws, Companies Act, etc., as well as knowledge in accounts finalization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Zoho books(mandatory) Maintain accounts in Tally software. Prepare and maintain MIS reports. Ensure compliance with tax laws, GST, TDS, Companies Act, etc. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of all accounting activities. Handle accounts finalization and prepare financial statements. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting procedures. Manage and supervise the accounting team.

Qualifications:

B.com, M.com or CA/CMA inter Candidates located just 10km from Thrissur Minimum of 2 years of experience i Advanced knowledge in MS Excel. Working knowledge of tax laws, GST, TDS, etc. Knowledge of GST laws, TDS laws, Companies Act, etc. Knowledge in accounts finalization. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
