We're Hiring: Cost Accountant

Location: Ahmedabad

Office Timing: 12 PM - 9 PM (Mon-Fri)

CTC Range: 10-12 LPA

Experience Required: 3+ years (preferably in a standard cost/manufacturing environment)

Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate product costing and perform cost updates for existing and new products. Analyze standard cost variances (material, labor, overhead) and identify root causes. Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain & Sales to review BOMs, routings, and support margin analysis. Provide financial insights for gross margin, profitability studies, and new sales opportunities. Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and reporting. Support audits & compliance by collaborating with internal and external auditors.

Qualifications:Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred).3+ years of cost accounting/manufacturing accounting experience.Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost flows & inventory management.Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor M3 preferred).Proficiency in Excel & reporting tools (Power BI, OneStream, Rapids).Excellent analytical & communication skills.
