Job Description

Preparation of Costing, analyze and report weekly, monthly, quarterly gross margin analysis by brand and by customer type.

? Releasing and updating of standard cost for new launching products /old products

? Perform period end close- absorption accounting, variance analyses.

? Manage month end close process, ensuring all account reconciliation are performed

? Maintain/ set up annual standard costing systems for all plant locations.

? Analyze actual cost vs standard cost, identify variances and provide explanations and recommendation to management.

? Collaborate with finance team at each plant location to ensure consistent costing policies and practices.

? Support internal, external audits and compliances to accounting standards.

? Prepare and present consolidated financial reports, including cost analysis and inventory valuation.

? Tracking of slow moving and non-moving inventory

? Identify areas for process improvement in a shared services environment and develop and implement solutions.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

? Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in cost accounting within an industry.

? Coordinate with SAP department for system issues, maintenance and development such as production, purchasing, import/export, accounts payable, accounts receivable, import/export IT, receiving, shipping, and other.

? Analyze cost accounting data and assist with cycle count/physical inventories.

? Maintain internal control documentation and test internal controls.

? Review and analyze inventory and margin reports, conduct research and perform analytical studies in regards to cost analyses and profitability.

? Cost and margin analysis driven through SAP analytical reports and data.

? Support and assist internal department reporting requirements such as audit schedules, tax schedules and others.

? Ensure timely submission, accuracy and validity of inventory, gross and net margin schedules to management.

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
