The Cosmetologist provides professional beauty and personal care services including hair, skin, and makeup treatments. The role focuses on delivering high-quality services, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesBeauty & Personal Care Services
Perform hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments
Provide skin care services such as facials, clean-ups, and basic treatments
Apply professional makeup for events, parties, and bridal services
Offer nail care services including manicure and pedicure (if trained)
Client Consultation & Care
Consult clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences
Recommend suitable products and treatments
Educate clients on after-care and maintenance
Hygiene & Safety
Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools and work areas
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
Ensure proper use of beauty products and equipment
Sales & Customer Experience
Promote salon services and retail products
Build strong relationships with clients
Handle customer feedback and resolve service concerns
Administrative Support
Maintain client records and service history
Support appointment scheduling and billing as needed
Required Qualifications
Certified Cosmetology course from a recognized institute
2-5 years of experience in a salon/beauty clinic (freshers may apply if trained)
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of hair, skin, and makeup techniques
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
