We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Cosmetologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professional beauty and personal care services, including hair care, skincare, nail care, and makeup. The role requires strong technical expertise, creativity, and a passion for enhancing clients' appearance and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide beauty treatments such as hair cutting, coloring, styling, facials, manicures, pedicures, and makeup.
Recommend appropriate beauty and wellness treatments based on client needs.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
Ensure all equipment, tools, and work areas are sanitized and maintained according to hygiene and safety standards.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Educate clients on home care routines, products, and aftercare treatments.
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to reduce wait times.
Maintain records of client services and preferences.
Support retail sales by promoting salon/spa products.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/Certification in Cosmetology or related field (mandatory).
Proven work experience as a cosmetologist, beautician, or similar role.
Proficiency in hair, skin, and nail treatments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity with a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
