Sales and client management:

Promote and sell cosmetic products to retailers and individual customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business. Identify new leads and opportunities through networking and prospecting.

Product knowledge and demonstrations:

Provide expert advice on products and recommend suitable items based on customer needs and skin types. Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits. Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty, skincare, and cosmetic trends.

Sales performance:

Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Reporting and administration:

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the marketing team. Generate summary reports on sales performance and territory activities.

Team and event collaboration:

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies. Attend trade shows and promotional events. Train retail store personnel on products and services.
Essential skills and qualifications
