About the Role

Study Execution: Meticulously prepare and execute sensory and esthetic evaluation studies on our skincare and cosmetic products, following established protocols. Participant Coordination: Manage the scheduling, communication, and well-being of study participants and models, ensuring a positive and professional experience for everyone involved. Data Management: Perform accurate and timely data entry of study results into our systems, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of the information. Logistics & Preparation: Assist in preparing the testing environment, product samples, and necessary documentation for all study sessions. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the R&I scientists and study managers to ensure seamless execution and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Who We Are Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

A graduate, ideally with a background as a beauty assistant or prior experience in the beauty, make-up, or skincare industry. Basic knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products and a genuine passion for the beauty industry. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital communication tools like email. Based in Mumbai and available for a regular, full-time office role.
