. Builds relationships of trust, respect and partnership with client contacts by providing World Class Service . Identify areas of client dissatisfaction and escalate to Team Leader PR, Payroll Supervisor or Manager . Knows significant details of the SLAs and Statement of Work (SOW) SOW and executes to meet their requirements. . Develops and maintains awareness of SAS70 and accountable for compliance at each task performed. . Payroll Processing: Setup for New Cycle, Manual HR Data Entry & Manual Pay Data Entry . Participates in any special projects for the client and supports the payroll lead, may be expected to contribute in a group level project . Partners with other India/BU team members for task completions . Attends Process Knowledge test & refresher trainings . Adherence to all ADP India Policy . Expected to use all the tools & systems provided by business to track & measure performance ##LI-DNI Excellent communication skills. Good performance track record. Flexible for any shifts including India Day & Night shift. Payroll experience preferred (US). Should be able to support the business during peak seasons.
