Job Title:

Corrugation Machine Man / Corrugation Machine Operator

Job Purpose:

To operate and maintain the corrugation machine efficiently to produce high-quality corrugated board as per production schedules and company standards, ensuring minimum wastage and downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:

Set up, operate, and monitor the corrugation machine (3/5/7 ply) for smooth production. Ensure correct paper reel loading, gum application, heat control, and flute formation. Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, speed, glue application, etc.) to achieve optimal output. Check and ensure proper bonding and quality of corrugated sheets.

Production & Quality:

Follow production schedules and maintain required output and quality standards. Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of sheets to meet specifications. Minimize wastage of paper and adhesives. Record production data, downtime, and quality checks in daily logs.

Maintenance & Safety:

Carry out routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance of the machine. Report mechanical or electrical issues to the maintenance team immediately. Adhere to all safety procedures and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

Coordination:

Coordinate with the helper, paper reel section, and other operators for smooth operations. Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding material requirements and production updates.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
