Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of corrugation and offset printing units, ensuring optimal machine performance and output quality. Coordinate with production planning teams to meet job timelines and minimize downtime. Monitor raw material usage, wastage control, and inventory levels for corrugation and printing sections. Ensure adherence to quality standards across flute lamination, die-cutting, and printing processes. Train and guide machine operators and helpers on SOPs, safety protocols, and productivity benchmarks. Conduct routine maintenance checks and escalate technical issues to engineering teams. Collaborate with QC and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of defect-free products. Maintain detailed shift reports, production logs, and downtime records.

Qualifications

Diploma or ITI in Printing Technology / Mechanical / Packaging preferred. Minimum 7 years of experience in corrugated box manufacturing with offset printing integration.
