Job Description

Under corporate travel sales profile, you will be responsible for promoting and selling corporate travel service to businesses and organisation including mice {meetings, incentives, conference and events}. Your primary goal will be to generate new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and achieve sales targets. This role involves a combination of salesmanship, account management, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:



Identify and pursue potential corporate clients by prospecting, cold calling, networking, and utilizing other sales strategies. Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to establish new business relationships.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:



Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients. Understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets to provide personalized travel solutions and excellent customer service.

SALES PRESENTATIONS:



Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of the company's corporate travel services and how they can meet the specific needs of each client.

PROPOSAL PREPARATION:



Collaborate with the operations and pricing teams to create customised travel market dynamics. Utilize market insights to develop effective sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

MARKET RESEARCH:



Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and corporate travel market dynamics. Utilize market insights to develop effective sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

TRAVEL POLICY CONSULTATION:



Advise corporate clients on travel policy best practices, cost saving measures, and travel risk management solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Travel sales: 4 years (Preferred)
Location:

Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

50% (Preferred)
