Working Hours:

10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (6 days a week, 1 day off)

Salary:

INR 18,000 (basic) + Commission (upon achieving targets)

:Key Responsibilities:

Reservations & Ticketing:

Handle flight, hotel, and transfer bookings for corporate clients. Issue tickets, process amendments, cancellations, and refunds efficiently. Ensure accuracy in reservations and provide the best available options.

Corporate Travel Management:

Manage corporate travel accounts, ensuring smooth service delivery. Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and transport providers for competitive rates. Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients for repeat business.

Lead Generation & Sales:

Actively generate leads for new corporate clients through calls, emails, and networking. Follow up on inquiries, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and achieve sales targets. Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and travel itineraries.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent after-sales service, addressing client concerns promptly. Assist with visa processing, travel insurance, and other related services. Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions. Coordinate with accounts for invoicing and payment follow-ups. Stay updated on airline policies, travel trends, and industry updates.

Requirements:

Previous experience in travel reservations, ticketing, and corporate travel sales. Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Proficiency in English (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage).
