Travlonic is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to drive corporate travel sales and expand our footprint in the corporate and institutional market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate travel sales, strong expertise in group and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) bookings, and a robust network within corporate houses, schools, and organizations. This role is target-oriented and requires the ability to identify, engage, and convert high-value clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new corporate and institutional clients (including schools, corporates, and MICE organizers).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling.
Generate leads and convert them into bookings for corporate travel, group tours, and MICE events.
Collaborate with the operations and service teams to ensure seamless delivery of travel services.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
Prepare and present customized travel proposals and packages tailored to client needs.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in CRM.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in corporate travel, group bookings, or MICE segment.
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.
Strong network and contacts within corporate houses, schools, and institutions.
In-depth knowledge of corporate travel processes, group booking dynamics, and MICE industry best practices.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with travel technology platforms and booking systems.
Familiarity with travel regulations, visa processes, and compliance for group travel.
