About the Role:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriente to spearhead our B2B sales initiatives, with a strong focus on high-value corporate training and IT project engagements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate sales, project management, and client relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities for corporate and institutional training programs. Own the complete sales cycle - from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, closure, and post-sales support. Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations. Coordinate with internal departments (product, finance, legal, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution. Prepare compelling proposals, tenders, and commercial offers tailored to client requirements. Oversee project execution through internal teams or affiliate partners and ensure timely delivery. Monitor project progress, manage deliverables, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the engagement. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments. Represent the organization in client meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions. Maintain accurate sales records, project documents, and client communication via CRM tools.

Candidate Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, project-based selling, or enterprise account management. Hands-on experience managing end-to-end sales for large-scale training or IT projects. Strong commercial insight and project management abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proactive self-starter with leadership capabilities and sound decision-making skills. Willingness to travel extensively across India, as required.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
