HAIMS Ventures LLP is seeking a proactive Corporate Training Executive to support and deliver employee training programs. This role focuses on enhancing communication skills, performance improvement, and customer engagement across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and support corporate training programs related to communication, product knowledge, and performance development
Develop, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, and learning content
Support employee onboarding and continuous learning initiatives
Coordinate with internal teams to assess training needs and effectiveness
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Business Administration / Human Resources / Education or related field
Minimum 6 months of experience in corporate training, learning, or development roles
Strong English communication and presentation skills
Training-related certifications (Train the Trainer, Facilitation, Instructional Design) will be an added advantage
