Job Description

We are looking for an innovative trainer to design training programs for employees who need more corporate training. The trainer is responsible for ensuring that new employees receive on boarding training to prepare them for their role.

Roles and Responsibilities



Developing sales performance policies and methods for evaluating performance Conducting orientation for new sales representatives Developing individual coaching plans Creating traditional and digital educational materials such as case studies and videos Conducting training sessions for new and current sales personnel Developing new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs Collecting feedback from trainers and trainees and identifying the issues they had during the process. Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs Analyzing training needs and assessments. Coordination with internal departments Provide necessary training, coaching and mentoring to employees Identify skills gap and develop training programs accordingly Check on professional and personality development, areas of employees and conduct sessions, workshops, trainings accordingly




Requirements



Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to identify gaps in skills. Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches. * Excellent organizational skills.
