Position: Corporate Trainer (HOD Level)

Reporting To: Director - HR & Operations
Only For Married Female age limit 35 to 45
Key Responsibilities
Conduct structured training sessions for HOD-level employees including:
Unit Managers
Wedding Sales Managers
Housekeeping Supervisors
Production & Dispatch In-charges
Develop and execute leadership, operational, and behavioral training programs aligned with company standards.
Design AI-assisted training videos and e-learning modules for internal LMS or digital sharing.
Identify skill gaps and create custom training roadmaps for each department.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Coordinate with department heads and HR to standardize SOPs across units.
Support new employee onboarding with structured orientation content.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate or Postgraduate in Hotel Management / Business Administration.
Minimum 2 years of training experience (preferably in hospitality, retail, or FMCG sector).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on knowledge of AI tools for video generation and training content creation (e.g. Synthesia, HeyGen, Canva, Pictory, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic video editing tools.
Ability to work closely with management and frontline leaders.
