Job Description

They plan, conduct, and administer programs that train employees for skills needed and assess the training needs of the organization.

Their duties and responsibilities include:

Assessing the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers Developing and implementing training programs that align with the company's goals Preparing training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations Conducting seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc. Creating and executing tests to measure employees' comprehension of the trained subjects Monitor employee performance and response to training Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and recommending improvements Keeping abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices Keeping track of training costs and creating cost-effective training programs Performing administrative tasks such as maintaining employee training records, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
