The goal is to enhance knowledge, improve performance, and align employee behavior with the brand's excellence and customer service standards.

Design, develop, and deliver training modules related to: Jewelry products (gold, diamond, gemstone, hallmarking, certifications) Sales and upselling techniques Customer service and grooming
