Southern Multistate Cooperative Credit Society Ltd. is looking for a dynamic corporate trainer to drive learning and performance across our growing organisation.
What You'll Do:
Conduct training for new & existing employees
Design training materials and deliver engaging sessions
Lead induction & onboarding programs
Evaluate training effectiveness and support skill development
What We're Looking For:
3-7 years of experience in training, preferably in NBFC, BFSI, retail, or sales-driven roles.
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Strong learner engagement and facilitation skills
Fluent in Malayalam & English
Passion for people development
Willingness to travel to branch locations as per the training schedule.
Flexible to conduct sessions based on business needs.
