2. Purpose of the role:
To ensure successful adoption and daily usage of Roombr across assigned institutes in the defined territory by training teachers, students, and administrators. This role involves field-based customer engagement, technology adoption, renewal management, customer support coordination and exploring upselling opportunities.
3. Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Ensure teachers use Roombr for daily classroom teaching, recording, editing, and publishing sessions.
Train students to access videos, attempt assessments, and consistently engage on the platform.
Enable administrators to perform tasks like adding teachers, students, subjects, chapters, and timetables.
Conduct on-site refresher training sessions for adoption periodically.
Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all Roombr-related support, technical or adoption issues.
Monitor usage analytics and share weekly reports (teacher logins, published videos, student participation).
Maintain frequent touchpoints with customers to ensure product usage and satisfaction.
Coordinate subscription renewals and support sales in commercial closure.
Log issues, escalate to technical teams when required, and ensure timely resolutions.
4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Teacher Adoption Rate: % of active teachers using Roombr daily/weekly.
Classroom Recording & Publishing Rate.
Student Engagement: % of students watching videos and completing assessments.
Number of training sessions conducted per month.
Customer subscription renewal rate and retention.
5. Skills required:
Proficiency in both regional language and English
Ability to face customers
Willing to travel within the set geography
Educational qualification - Any degree
Prior Experience: 2-3 years of experience in training or teaching preferred.
