We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role you will be:

• Deliver Training Programmes, Create and develop curriculum for new programs
• Curate and Build learning paths from various learning platforms.
• Work with SMEs & stakeholders, identify learning needs and propose solutions and Work with external vendors to finalise training content and vendor trainers.
• Promote Learning & Training offering
• Deliver training programmes as per goals with good feedback.
• Continuously upgrade skillset as per organization needs to launch new programmes and monitor existing programmes, Curated/created learning paths should meet learning requirements based on the level/experience of audience.
• Propose learning soulution by considering learning needs, timelines, participants experience and mode of delivery (face-to-face physical training, virtual training, eLearning & blended learning)
• Evaluate and shortlist vendor trainers who are right fit for the training by considering experience, knowledge in the subject, demo., Work closely with the team in various team activities within the time lines without any escalations .Take ownership of programmes and take necessary actions wherever required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Organizational Training function at a high level in a corporate environment and the knowledge of training lifecycle.
• The various aspects of classroom training, eLearning and blended learning.
• Knowledge of logistics and tools required for the multiple modes of training.
• Knowledge of the learning environment, challenges in planning, scheduling, conducting and organizing training programmes.
• Very good knowledge in Java Web Fullstack, Javascript, Angular, ReactJs, DevOps tools, Cloud(AWS/GCP) and Agile and very good communication skills in English language, oral and verbal
• Knowledge in more than one area is an added advantage.
• Working experience of at least 7 years in training area or any related role.
• Should have proven experience in coordinating and communicating with multiple stakeholders
