We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainer & Interview Panelist to join our team. This dual-role position combines the development and delivery of impactful training programs with active participation in the recruitment process as an interview panelist. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of adult learning principles, and the ability to assess and select top talent.

Qualifications-

Graduate
Minimum 8-10 years in corporate training
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
Knowledge of interview techniques and candidate assessment methods.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Assessment

: Participate in recruitment interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Structured Interviews

: Utilize structured interview techniques to ensure a fair and unbiased selection process.

Feedback & Recommendations

: Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on interview outcomes.

Collaboration

: Work closely with HR and department leaders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

Documentation

: Maintain detailed records of interview assessments and decisions for compliance and future reference.

Training Needs Analysis

: Collaborate with department heads to assess training requirements and identify skill gaps.

Material Development

: Create comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.

Onboarding & Induction

: Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture.

Performance Evaluation

: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

Continuous Improvement

: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance training methodologies.
