Key Responsibilities
Conduct
daily/weekly small-group webinars
for customers.
Teach product usage, share case studies & industry insights.
Moderate discussions on
current events & business trends
.
Create
high engagement
sessions with polls, Q&A & challenges.
Identify buying signals and
soft-sell services
, without pushy selling.
Work closely with marketing for content & calendar planning.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and facilitation
skills.
Teaching/Training
experience (corporate or academic).
Confidence to
talk to senior clients
& manage group dynamics.
Ability to make sessions fun, interactive and business-relevant.
Basic sales skills: objection handling, value articulation.
Familiarity with webinar tools (Zoom, Teams, WebinarJam).
Preferred Qualification
2-3 years of experience in Sales or Corporate Training

or EdTech
