Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Trainer with expertise in embedded hardware to mentor new joiners, deliver structured training programs, and support recruitment and technical events.

Prerequisites

Proven history of mentoring/teaching, preferably through project-based learning; experience with research labs or innovation centers is an advantage. Strong understanding of electronics theory, components, systems, and design principles, with practical application experience. Demonstrated ability to solve complex issues using systematic and logical approaches. Excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts and build effective working relationships. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work towards shared goals.

Responsibilities

Create, organize, and maintain training content and knowledge databases. Deliver training sessions and mentor new team members for effective onboarding. Represent UTS in campus recruitment drives, conducting technical interviews. Act as a UTS representative in technical events, promoting a culture of learning and industry engagement.

minimum service commitment is 24 months .

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
