Hands-On Learning:
Facilitate practical, lab-based sessions and real-world simulations to ensure practical skill development and a deep understanding of concepts and tools (e.g., Kali Linux, Wireshark, Metasploit, Burp Suite, SIEM tools).
Mentorship and Support:
Mentor and coach learners, provide constructive feedback on their progress, and offer guidance to help them prepare for certification exams and career readiness.
Industry Alignment:
Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, tools, and best practices, integrating new developments into training modules to maintain relevance.
Assessment & Reporting:
Evaluate learner performance through assignments, quizzes, and practical exams. Maintain accurate training records and metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
