Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable

Corporate Trainer - BIM

to design, develop, and deliver training sessions for professionals in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in BIM software tools like

Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360

, along with a passion for teaching and upskilling others.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for professionals and students on BIM concepts and tools. Develop customized training modules, materials, and assessments. Deliver hands-on sessions on BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.). Evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with BIM trends, standards, and certifications. Coordinate with the curriculum development team to upgrade training content. Support in corporate tie-ups and consulting assignments when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM projects or BIM training. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360 (knowledge of Tekla or ArchiCAD is a plus). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in curriculum development and corporate training delivery.
