Job Description

The Corporate & TPA Liaison Executive will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding Swastha Hospital's market presence through strategic marketing initiatives, corporate tie-ups, TPA relations, and empanelment's. The role demands active engagement with doctors, corporate clients, insurance partners, and community stakeholders to drive patient footfall, enhance brand visibility, and ensure sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Hospital Marketing & Business Development Corporate & Institutional Relations TPA (Third Party Administrator) Management Empanelment & Networking Branding & Communication

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Increase in monthly patient footfall (OP/IP/Corporate/TPA). Growth in number of new corporate and TPA empanelment's. Achievement of monthly marketing activity targets. Timely renewal and compliance of all corporate and TPA agreements. Patient satisfaction and referral growth metrics.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in hospital marketing, TPA coordination, or healthcare business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
