Job Description

Develop and implement CSR strategies:

Create and execute plans that align with company values and promote social and environmental responsibility.

Create and implement policies:

Design and put into practice policies that support ethical labor, sustainability goals, and environmentally friendly corporate practices.

Coordinate cross-functional teams:

Collaborate with other departments like HR, marketing, and sustainability to integrate CSR initiatives into daily operations.

Manage budgets and resources:

Oversee CSR budgets to ensure projects are delivered within planned objectives.
Stakeholder engagement and communication

Engage with external stakeholders:

Build and manage relationships with external groups, such as charities, NGOs, community leaders, and government bodies.

Promote internal involvement:

Coordinate employee volunteering initiatives and raise awareness of CSR issues among employees.

Communicate CSR efforts:

Lead communication efforts to internal and external audiences about the company's CSR strategy and achievements.

Report on performance:

Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders on the company's social and environmental performance.
