Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

CSR Fundraising job involves creating and executing strategies to secure funds from corporations, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals for social impact, focusing on building relationships, writing compelling proposals, managing donor engagement (including events, reports, and employee giving), and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and CSR mandates.

Desired Qualification :

Experience: Proven track record in fundraising, corporate partnerships, or business development, with experience in the social sector. Communication: Excellent presentation, public speaking, and written skills in (English). Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport and negotiate with senior stakeholders. Project Management: Strong organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns and deadlines. Knowledge: Understanding of CSR principles, fundraising best practices, and donor mindsets. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA, MSW, Social Sciences) is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

Develop comprehensive CSR fundraising plans, identify new opportunities, and set financial targets.

Donor Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).

Proposal & Grant Writing:

Prepare effective proposals, grant applications, MoUs, and pitches for funding.

Campaigns & Events:

Organize events, donor visits, and employee engagement activities to raise awareness and funds.

Reporting & Compliance:

Manage donor databases, provide impact reports, and ensure transparency and accountability.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as a liaison between the organization and corporate stakeholders, ensuring mutual benefit.
