Job Summary



Grand Hyper Market is looking for a highly professional and proactive

Executive Secretary to the Managing Director

. The ideal candidate will have

minimum 3 years of experience

providing executive-level support, managing confidential communications, and coordinating high-level administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and maintain the MD's

calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules

. Handle

confidential emails, correspondence, documents, and reports

with accuracy and discretion. Prepare

meeting minutes, presentations, and management reports

. Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD. Organize

board meetings, review meetings

, and follow-up on action points. Maintain proper filing systems, digital records, and office documentation. Screen phone calls, messages, and inquiries with professionalism. Provide support for

special projects and administrative tasks

as assigned.

Requirements



Minimum

3 years' experience

as an Executive Secretary, Corporate Secretary, or PA supporting senior management.

Arabic Knowledge is mandatory.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Strong proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. Ability to maintain

confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion

at all times. Experience in retail or corporate environments is an added advantage.
