Handle
confidential emails, correspondence, documents, and reports
with accuracy and discretion.
Prepare
meeting minutes, presentations, and management reports

Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
Organize
board meetings, review meetings
, and follow-up on action points.
Maintain proper filing systems, digital records, and office documentation.
Screen phone calls, messages, and inquiries with professionalism.
Provide support for
special projects and administrative tasks
as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years' experience
as an Executive Secretary, Corporate Secretary, or PA supporting senior management.
Arabic Knowledge is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Strong proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Ability to maintain
confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion
at all times.
Experience in retail or corporate environments is an added advantage.
