Corporate Secretarial Service coordinator
to manage UK entity compliance, support client governance requirements, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Role Overview
As a Global Subsidiary Compliance Specialist, you will manage end-to-end UK corporate compliance for GSM client entities. This includes statutory filings, board and governance support, entity management, and direct client interaction. The role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Some of the Things You Will Be Doing
Serve as the primary point of contact for GSM UK entities and manage a UK client portfolio
Handle day-to-day UK compliance activities for client entities
Draft board resolutions, board minutes, and statutory documentation
Assist in conducting and coordinating Board Meetings for client entities
File statutory forms with Companies House and ensure timely completion of filings
Manage incorporation of UK entities and related documentation
Perform Person of Significant Control (PSC) assessments and complete required filings
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet annual and ad-hoc compliance deadlines
Manage UK ad-hoc corporate transactions and special projects
Oversee accuracy and maintenance of client data in Company Records and Entity Management systems
Respond to internal and external stakeholder requests in a timely and professional manner
Assist clients with urgent or complex governance and compliance queries
Facilitate internal and client calls for urgent assistance and project discussions
Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, quality standards, and timelines
What Technical Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Do You Need?
ICSA qualified
Minimum
6+ years of experience
handling UK entity compliance
Strong understanding of UK Companies Act requirements and corporate governance practices
Proven experience managing multiple entities and client portfolios
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting deadlines effectively
High level of organizational and documentation skills
Project management capability in a fast-paced, agile environment
Strong customer service mindset and collaborative approach
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
