Job Description

Core Responsibilities of a Corporate Sales Trainer



Training Program Development & Delivery

Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to sales teams' needs. Conduct onboarding programs for new sales hires. Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person, virtual, or hybrid).

Skill Development & Coaching

Enhance selling skills, negotiation techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement. Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions. Conduct role-plays, simulations, and sales pitch practice.

Performance Analysis & Improvement

Assess sales team performance gaps and recommend solutions. Track training effectiveness through metrics (sales performance, conversion rates, etc.). Provide feedback and guidance to improve sales techniques.

Content & Resource Creation

Develop training materials (manuals, e-learning modules, presentations, videos, etc.). Update content regularly to reflect new products, services, and market trends.

Collaboration with Leadership & Sales Managers

Work with sales leadership to identify training needs and align programs with business goals. Partner with product, marketing, and HR teams to integrate strategies.

Continuous Learning & Development

Stay updated on sales methodologies, industry best practices, and competitor strategies. Introduce innovative training tools, technologies, and methodologies.

Motivation & Engagement

Inspire and motivate sales teams to achieve targets. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Compliance & Standardization

Ensure sales practices comply with company policies and industry regulations. Standardize sales training across regions and departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
