Job Opportunity:
? Would be responsible for Sales & Account Management
A. Developing New Business Avenues & marketing (Naukri Campus & Do Select products).
B. Responsible for achieving quarterly and, annual revenue - sales targets.
? Should demonstrate strong selling & account management skills.
  • Should be able to generate new business from an assigned portfolio of clients/area/branch.
? Will be responsible for key client retention, renewals and increase ARPU per client.
? Review Sales Reports leads generated, conversions, etc.
? Demonstrated ability to crack newer accounts and penetrate the market.
? Build strong and successful relationships with current and potential customers.
? Should be able to design, develop and implement a Business Development Strategy for assigned
portfolio.
? Manage clients from initial engagement to campaign completion to re-engagement.
? Collaborating with the Naukri Team for Naukri Campus/DoSelect leads, renewals, and closure of accounts.
? Focus on New Products (Do Select) and identify the opportunities in Promoting cross-selling and pushing in the market.
