Job Description

Role Overview
Acquire corporate clients for MICE, team outings, business travel, and hotel bookings
Generate new business and build long-term corporate relationships
Pitch customized travel and event solutions to corporate decision-makers
Close profitable corporate deals and grow revenue
Corporate Lead Generation
Identify and generate corporate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and references
Build and maintain a corporate client database
Fix meetings with HR, Admin, Travel Desk, and Procurement teams
Client Requirement Analysis
Understand corporate requirements for MICE, team outings, off sites, conferences, and business travel
Collect details such as budget, destination, dates, group size, rooming, and meal plans
Pitching Travel Solutions
Design and pitch customized travel solutions based on client needs and budget
Present multiple itinerary and hotel options with different price points
Explain inclusions, exclusions, and cost break-ups clearly
Proposal & Quotation Preparation
Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and presentations
Coordinate with vendors and operations team for accurate costing
Submit proposals to clients within defined timelines
Closing Corporate Deals
Follow up with clients for approvals and negotiations
Handle objections and revise proposals as required
Finalize commercials, payment terms, and service scope
Convert proposals into confirmed bookings and signed contracts
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
Act as a single point of contact for assigned corporate accounts
Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business
Cross-sell and up-sell additional travel services
Coordination with Operations Team
Handover confirmed bookings with complete details to operations.
Ensure smooth execution of MICE programs and business travel
Support clients during travel if required
Probation Period is 6 months
Work 6 days a week and 9 hrs a day
Requirements
Skills & Competencies
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Good presentation and proposal writing ability
Client handling and relationship-building skills
Basic knowledge of MICE and corporate travel (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
