Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement FMCG-focused sales strategies to achieve corporate and franchise targets.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners.
Drive B2B business development with corporate ventures, institutional buyers, and distribution partners.
Forecast sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare sales and market reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners and corporate clients.
Lead negotiations and close high-value franchise and corporate deals.
Deliver presentations, proposals, and business reviews for key clients.
Manage, mentor, and guide the corporate sales team to achieve goals.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Monitor FMCG trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Provide market insights to improve product offerings, pricing, and franchise models.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing.
4-8 years' experience in FMCG sales, franchise development, or B2B acquisition.
Proven track record in revenue growth and franchise/corporate client acquisition.
Prior team management experience preferred.
