Key Responsibilities



Drive new client acquisition by targeting corporates, travel companies, and institutional partners. Build and manage strong B2B relationships to generate repeat and long-term business. Design and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Conduct presentations, proposals, and negotiations with corporate clients. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to ensure service excellence. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities. Maintain accurate sales pipeline, reports, and forecasting using CRM tools. Represent Chiku Cab at industry events, networking meets, and exhibitions to promote services.

Required Skills & Competencies



Proven experience in corporate / B2B sales, preferably in travel, transport, hospitality, or service-based industries. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred with 2

-5 years

of relevant experience.
