Key Responsibilities Area: Actively promote and sell club memberships through cold calling, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and lead generation.
Conduct tours of our wellness resort to prospective members, explaining services, facilities, benefits, and membership packages.
Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective members to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly membership sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and conversions using CRM or internal systems.
Attend promotional events, expos, and community activities to increase visibility and generate leads.
Handle all membership-related queries and provide exceptional customer service.
Work closely with marketing to support campaigns and generate footfall.
Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in clubs, hospitality, fitness, or luxury services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
