Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai and Delhi . The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in corporate sales, with at least 5 years specifically selling corporate training programs to corporates in a B2B format. This role is for an individual contributor or someone seeking an individual contributor position.
Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target corporate clients to sell training programs, achieving sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the corporate training sector.
• Conduct needs assessments with clients to propose customized training solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Stay updated on industry trends to position Regenesys as a leader in corporate education.

• 8-10 years of total experience in corporate sales.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling corporate training programs to corporates in a B2B format.
• Currently working in a role selling corporate training programs to corporates.
• Must be an individual contributor or seeking an individual contributor role.
• For Mumbai position: Must have strong connects and clients in the BFSI and Manufacturing industries, with proven experience in Hire-Train-Deploy (HTD) programs, Leadership, and Tech training.
• For Delhi position: Must have strong connects in IT/ITES, BFSI, Manufacturing, and IT industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
