Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage corporate, MICE, and wedding business for the property
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, wedding planners, event agencies, and travel partners
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Conduct site inspections and client presentations
Prepare proposals, contracts, and negotiate commercial terms
Coordinate with operations, banquet, and F&B teams for flawless event execution
Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback
Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Requirements
4 to 8 years of experience in Corporate / Wedding / Banquet Sales (hospitality industry preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Good knowledge of corporate events, weddings, MICE, and social functions
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Profile
Experience with premium hotels, resorts, or destination wedding properties
Strong local corporate and wedding planner network
Immediate joiners preferred
