Coordinate sampling, approvals, orders, and deliveries.
Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and repeat business.
Follow up for payments and ensure timely collections.
Share market feedback and maintain client visit reports.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience as a Relationship Manager / Key Account Manager in any B2B industry.
Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Ability to coordinate with purchase and operations teams of clients.
Graduate; MBA is a plus.
Willingness to travel for client visits across India . Travel days likely 5-7 days per month to large corporate customers
Company will pay for all expense. Normal travel is by air. Train for short distances
Good excel and numerical calculation skills
