Sales Manager

from the travel industry with proven expertise in corporate sales and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have strong team-handling experience, the ability to drive business growth by building and nurturing long-term corporate partnerships, and must have their own conveyance for client visits.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to achieve corporate sales targets. Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients in the travel domain. Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction. Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with corporate clients to close high-value deals. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams for seamless client service. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Travel, or a related field. 5-8 years of sales experience within the travel industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of corporate travel sales, MICE, and client servicing. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to handle high-profile corporate clients. Strong leadership and team-handling experience. Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings. Must have own conveyance.

Personal Attributes

Male candidates preferred. Energetic, confident, and self-driven. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
