About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic

Corporate Sales Professional

to drive business development for our 35-hotel chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients for

events, conferences, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions)

, and other large-scale functions across our hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and approach corporate clients, event agencies, and decision-makers for business opportunities Pitch hotel properties for hosting events, offsites, conferences, product launches, annual meets, etc. Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into confirmed bookings Collaborate with the marketing, banquet, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of events Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site visits across hotel locations Prepare proposals, RFPs, and pricing as per client requirements and budget Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain a strong understanding of competitors and industry trends Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and develop long-term relationships for repeat business

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum

5 years

of relevant experience in

corporate sales

,

event sales

, or

MICE

in the hospitality industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong network with corporates, event planners, and agencies Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Willingness to travel and meet clients across cities as needed Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
