In Kannada, "Oota aita?" (Have you eaten?) is more than just a greeting. It's an ice-breaker, a question of general concern, and a symbol of Karnataka hospitality. Using that warmth and graciousness as inspiration, we created Oota, a dining experience that features hyper-local Karnataka cuisine

Your Role in Our Story



As a

Sales Manager

at TEHPL, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by bringing in new clients, securing corporate tie-ups, and expanding market outreach. Your expertise in sales, relationship management, and event planning will help position our restaurants as premier destinations for corporate events, private parties, and customized dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:



u Identify and onboard new clients, corporations, and open-market opportunities to increase restaurant sales.

u Build strategic partnerships with businesses, event planners, and organizations for long-term collaborations.

u

u Develop customized party packages and meal box offerings to cater to diverse client needs.

u Actively promote the restaurant's offerings through networking, partnerships, and targeted outreach initiatives.

u Identify potential leads through various channels, engage them effectively, and convert them into loyal customers.

u Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

u Work closely with the culinary and service teams to ensure seamless execution of events and special dining experiences.

u Drive sales performance, meet revenue goals, and continuously explore new opportunities for business expansion.

Who We Are Looking For:



Sales & Negotiation Skills:

Proven ability to sell concepts, negotiate deals, and close contracts with high-value clients.

Hospitality & Event Expertise:

Understanding of restaurant sales, event planning, and corporate tie-ups.

Networking & Relationship Building:

Strong industry connections and the ability to foster long-term partnerships.

Target-Driven & Strategic Thinker:

Ability to work towards ambitious sales goals with a structured approach.

Adaptability & Problem-Solving:

Quick thinking in addressing client needs and handling challenges on the go.

Experience:

Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in the hospitality/F&B industry.

Education:

Degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is pref

erred.
